Our Story
Equi-Nex is a Midland-based construction and land development company serving clients across Texas. We started with a simple idea: bring together experienced operators, heavy equipment, and a relentless work ethic to deliver projects that others can't — or won't.
We are a group of investors and operators with ideas, and we're looking for partners to invest alongside us to get existing projects moving and take them to the next level. Our integrated platform supports asset management and provides qualified partners with access to direct investment opportunities in high-growth businesses, including our land development projects and related operating businesses.
From earthwork and demolition to metal building construction and mobile crushing, we handle the full scope of a project — and we do it with the equipment, the crew, and the accountability to get it done right.
