 Unique Aggregate Investment Opportunity

Positioned strategically between Midland and Odessa, this property offers substantial aggregate reserves—including concrete sand, stone, and gravel—along with direct access to water resources.

Management is seeking capital and offering investors an 80/20 split of Net Cash Flow until the initial investment reaches a 1.5x return. After that threshold is met, investors will continue to receive a 20%  share of Net Cash Flow for the remainder of the project’s life, until the property is fully mined or sold.

Project Blast

Truck & Tank Wash

Equi-Nex is launching a blasting media production and distribution operation in West Texas, supplying high-performance ceramic and specialty abrasive materials to industrial, energy, construction, and surface-preparation markets across the Permian Basin and surrounding regions. By leveraging existing material inventory, local processing, and strategic logistics, the operation delivers consistent, spec-grade media with faster turnaround times and lower delivered costs than traditional out-of-state suppliers. Revenue is driven through bulk sales, packaged product, and recurring B2B contracts serving fabrication shops, coating facilities, equipment yards, and infrastructure projects. With strong regional demand, limited local competitors, and scalable processing capacity, this venture offers investors exposure to a margin-driven materials business backed by hard assets, repeat customers, and expansion potential into additional industrial markets.
